We strive to make payment as easy as possible through the Suitable webshop. After placing your order, you have the following payment options:
At Suitable, you can pay with VISA, Mastercard, or American Express.
Pay using your PayPal account.
Pay using your Apple device.
Pay using the balance on your Suitable Gift Card. Enter the card number and pin code to reconcile the amounts. If there's a remaining balance, you can choose a separate payment method for it.
This means transferring the order amount to Suitable's bank account. You can do this, for example, through online banking without any extra costs. However, keep the following in mind:
- It may take 1-5 business days for the amount to reflect in our account.
- Mention the order number from your order confirmation.
- After receiving the payment, we'll dispatch your order.

Both the physical and digital gift card can be used in the Suitable webshop or any of the eighteen Suitable stores.
In the stores, you can have the barcode on the card scanned during checkout.
For a digital gift card, the employee will scan the barcode on your phone.
When placing an online order, you can choose the 'Gift Card' option. You'll need to enter the card number for this. This number can be found on the gift card itself.
Note that you must first activate ordered physical gift cards before use! You'll then be automatically directed to the environment for further order processing.
This is displayed on the card itself. For the digital gift card, you'll receive the pin code via email.
Digital gift cards can be used immediately.
Physical gift cards received in the post will be blocked for security reasons. You will receive another activation code in your e-mail. You can then activate the card on this page.
The credit on the gift card is valid for two years and cannot be reloaded. Furthermore, it's not possible to have the (remaining) credit transferred to your bank account or paid out in cash.
Suitable tip: You can always give your gift card to someone else. This way, you help someone else get a stylish outfit! Note that it's not possible to transfer your (remaining) credit to another gift card.
